What to do after placing my order?
Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email or a regular text message from our customer service number that contains your order number. Orders usually process within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

When do I receive my Tracking number?
03. Why is my order taking longer than usual to process?
Though we usually are able to process orders within 1-2 days, there are rare occasions where we will be short stock on certain items. In this case, a customer service representative will call you to let you know.

04. I received an incorrect or defective item.
If you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us so we can resolve the issue for you.
Regarding defective products, please understand that we do not manufacture these products, we get them from reputable distributors and direct from manufacturers. We rely on our suppliers to provide us with high quality products.
